The holiday hut is right by a lake in central Sweden, on a 2000m² site with its own boat and swimming jetty. The site comprises 15 other holiday huts by the lake and there are four kilometres of road between them.
The main house provides around 50m² of living space and has four bunk beds and a double bed under the roof. The bathroom has under-floor heating and a shower, washing machine and toilet. The cooking corner has an electric hob with two rings, an oven, fridge and freezer. A fireplace, a cast-iron stove and two electric radiators provide heating. The sleeping house does not have electricity and measures 12m², with two single beds and a double bed.
There is roofed terrace facing the lake, with garden furniture, a grill and a smoking oven. The little outdoor sauna house is heated with wood. There is also a dry toilet here. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
The owner lives in the next village, Noret. She can also arrange elk safaris or reveal the best fishing spots, provide a rowing boat for hire and sell firewood. The nearest shop, restaurant, post office, pharmacy, flying school are in Dala Jaerna 7km away. There are further restaurants, supermarkets, a sports shop, tourist information and a train station in Vansbro 20km away.
