The house is located in a small former "forest workers settlement". Only three houses are permanently inhabited here. In the middle of a large forest area (mushrooms, blueberries)
there are several fish-rich lakes. For the lake (pike, pikeperch, perch) in the immediate vicinity (200m) there is a rowing boat (with electric motor 30 euros per week). There are small islands that invite you to explore. In 10 minutes by boat there is a beautiful bathing beach with a long jetty, toilet and changing room.
