Privaatti majoituskokonaisuus on rakennettu liikennekäytöstä poistetun 35- paikkaisen SAAB340b matkustajalentokoneen ympärille ja sijaitsee keskellä kauneinta suomalaista maaseutua.
Matkustajalentokone on muutettu tasokkaaksi majoitus- ja oleskelutilaksi, jossa vieraamme pääsevät kokemaan ripauksen luksusta. Lentokoneen ohjaamosta löytyy kahden hengen Lentokapteenin sviitti, jonka pehmeiden lakanoiden syleilystä vieraamme voivat ihailla yöllistä taivasmaisemaa. Koneen matkustamo on varusteltu vuodesohvalla, oleskelutilalla sekä uniikilla lentokonesaunalla.
Lentokoneen vieressä seisoo lennonjohtotorniksikin kutsuttu huvilarakennus, joka toimii lisämajoitus- sekä oleskelutilana. Huvilasta löytyy kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, hyvin varusteltu keittiö, oleskelutilaa, saniteettitilat sekä saunatilat perinteisellä puulämmitteisellä kiukaalla.
