Log cottage on three floors, built in 1995, on the middle floor living room, kitchen and dining area, hallway, bedroom with double bed, utility room, covered terrace.
Upstairs in the loft bedroom with double bed, living area with bed and 2 mattresses, balcony.
On the ground floor an entrance hall, living room with fireplace with 2 sofa beds, shower room, sauna (wood-burning stove), terrace.
The cottage has oil heating and hydronic floor heating, air source heat pump for cooling, ventilation machine.
Lakeside sauna. Water to the sauna comes via pipe from lake, wood-burning stove, washroom with shower (lake water), living room area with sofa bed, stove, refrigerator and porch. In winter shower is not in use, the water is heated in the heater tank. The cottage is located on a grassy slopes, in the beach area there is deciduous trees, 1 ha plot.
From the cottage there is stairs to the beach. Child-friendly sandy beach, lake west. Good fishing possibilities.
In the yard in connection with the garage a sleeping cabin which is rented out by separate agreement / price. The sleeping cabin has sofa bed, loft with 2mattresses, electricity, TV and electric heating.
