"Simply analog":
A break in our lives depends on reducing accessibility and avoiding the unnecessary. With us there is no Wi-Fi and we maintain a conscious use of mobile phones.
We enjoy what nature gives us and value fresh, good and regional food. Typical dishes such as game and fish are regularly on our table. The meals are taken in our living and dining room. On request, breakfast can also be taken to the living areas. Unfortunately, we can not take account of any special food intolerances for organizational reasons.
Sauna instead of shower: In our house there is no running water and no sewer. What real body care means, you can get to know here in the north, because an extensive sauna is not comparable to a quick shower.
TC instead of WC: A dry toilet with a great view. Our odorless Swedish composting toilet - nothing special for Sweden - for "Continental Europeans" an ecologically very compatible toilet version and often new experience.
