Lake view and quiet nice location a stone's throw to bathing, beach cafe and roaming areas.
A short walk from the apartment there are wonderfully beautiful roaming areas such as the Royal Hagaparken, Ulriksdals Castle area and a number of restaurants such as well-known Ulrikdal's inn and Bockholmens inn, but also a number of garden cafes. Subway and ICA / grocery stores are less than 10 minutes walk from the house. Östermalmstorg and Stockholm city center can be reached in 10 minutes by metro. Buses to and from Arlanda Airport are less than 1 km from the house.
The entrance is a beautiful and welcoming glass porch which is shared with two other apartments. The entire apartment is newly renovated in fine materials with all the old charm preserved. The floors are solid pine floors that are white glazed and waxed. The many windows facing the garden and the water and the generously increased ceiling height make the whole apartment bright and homely.
Living room, kitchen and dining room have bright open floor plan. Centrally located is a tiled stove that contributes to the harmony in the room. The fine windows link together inside and out and make the view of the water and the garden as part of the decor. From the kitchen you step directly out to a large terrace with a lake view. The balcony has a sunny south facing position. A staircase leads down into the garden. There are 2 bedrooms both located with unobstructed open spaces. Bright furnishings in all bedrooms.
