This brand new cabin is in a nice location in a small holiday village about half an hour north of Umeå.
The cottage offers a view of the lake and has a large, nice terrace. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a family room with kitchen and a toilet with shower.
The terrace with pergola offers both sun loungers and a dinner table, perfect for barbecue dinners or lazy days in the sun.
There are two bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed for 1-2 people, flat screen TV, radio, internet. The common room also offers a kitchen with new appliances such as an oven/hob, microwave as well as a dining table with a panoramic view through opening doors onto the veranda that stretches the entire length of the cottage where there are cafe tables and chairs. A few steps below the cottage is a large furnished veranda with a sun pergola, dining area and sunbeds.
The view of the lake and all the hours of sunshine in sunny weather make this cabin the staff's favorite spot on the facility.
The sandy beach and swimming area have space for both play, swimming, sunbathing and evening activities.
The water is usually warm and suitable for swimming. Piers are around the lake for fishing or relaxing with a good book and a jug of juice. In the lake there are perch willing to bite, which the children appreciate.
In the winter, you can cross-country ski here, play with the children on the toboggan run, fishing on the ice or maybe take a ride with the snowmobile along the nice snowmobile trails that are here.
The sauna is ready to be heated and a calm that is rarely found nowadays settles over the village in the evening.
