Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Excellent location, close to metro, close to grocery stores, close to shopping. Quiet flat with balcony. Comfortable beds. Very modern with beautiful kitchen and appliances. Nice tv. Easy and safe access to flat with digital codes. Parking close nearby and easily accessible.

Negative: We were at the maximum size of party that the flat could accommodate (2 adults, 4 teenagers), and everyone had a place to sleep on comfortable mattresses. However, one of the rooms was bothered by light from the kitchen due to it's window looking onto kitchen (not great for kids going to bed early). More opaque curtains would solve this problem. Also, with our group size there was limited remaining space for luggage and limited place to hang clothing or drawer space, so we ended up mostly living out of our luggage. Street noise (frequent ambulance/police sirens during night) was often bothersome and kept some people awake since we had to keep windows open to have air circulation / air cooling. An AC unit better adapted to size/type of window would mostly solve that problem.
