Bright and newly renovated apartment on the second floor of this historic Stockholm building. The metro station is only 2 minutes away and will take you into Stockholm Central in 12 minutes. A spacious green park and the seaside with beautiful walking paths are just around the corner. The residence offers natural light from windows overlooking the park. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer and a bathroom. The apartment is small but well planned, optimal for 2 guests.
The Space:
The apartment is 35 SQM and well planned with big windows which give a lovely natural light. In the hallway there is a closet for leaving outerwear. The apartment is well suited for 2 persons. There is a living room with a sofa. There is also a smart tv. In the same room there is a comfortable queen size bed (160cm). Guests have access to closets in the hallway and a drawer.
There is also a small bathroom, a ”Stockholm” shower with a WC where guests can access cabinets in the bathroom for leaving things.
On the ground floor there is a shared big terrace with an outdoor patio. There you can have dinner or drinks with friends and family.

You have the apartment exclusively for your self during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located and 150m away from the metro Kristineberg and buses. The flat is close to a spacious green park called Fredhällsparken where you can find lovely walking paths close to the seaside. Just down the road, you can find a mini-golf court that is called ”Golfbaren Kristineberg”. There you can play minigolf, grab a beer or a pizza. You have the grocery store just around the corner 100 m away.
With the metro you can easily access neighborhoods like Gamla Stan, Norrmalm, and Östermalm which is only 15 minutes away.
If you enjoy playing football there is a football complex nearby called ”Kristinebergs IP” and a playground for younger children nearby called Uggleparken.
Getting Around:
All airports have connections to the City Central station (train or buses). The Central station is only 12 minutes away (green line) and it connects all train lines. The metro station "Kristineberg" (green line) is 150m away from the apartment.
Stockholm is a beautiful city that can also be experienced by boat so a recommendation (especially during summer) is to go or take the metro to Old Town or Nybroviken and take a boat trip.
Other Things to Note:
With respect to neighbors and families in the building, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. The walls are paper-thin and so no loud music/noise allowed after 22.00 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the apartment. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors :-)
