460 km to the north from Rovaniemi, 10 km to the northwest from Utsjoki municipality center, river Tana 150 m, steep river bank between the cabin and the river, no own beach, access to the beach along the road. One of the three cabins located in same community. Outermost location. Boats, outboards as well as rowers and guides can be rented from the owner.
Planed log cabin, built in 1990, completely renovated in 2023. Living room/kitchen with 2 beds and sofa, shower room, toilet, dressing area, small covered terrace on the river side.
Idyllic wood-heated riverside sauna, shared with other cabins. Distance is about 150 m. The river has a good sandy beach. Nilla 3 is ideal for fishermen and hikers enjoying the nature of Lapland. There is a nice view to the river Tana and the Norwegian fells, it is also a great choice for northern lights observers.
Nilla 3 is a cabin located near the best fishing areas in the Europe's largest salmon river. You can rent boat, outboard as well as rower and guide from the owner. In winter, excursions and guided ice fishing tours are available.
Fishing: There are specific fishing rules on the river Tana (see Tenoinfo brochure published by the Lapland ELY Centre, www.ely-keskus.fi). Fishing permits can be bought from Tana fishing permits online store, see www.tenonkalaluvat.fi.
