Immediately after breakfast on the veranda you go down to the lake for fishing, boating, swimming and sunbathing. Or maybe you'd rather stroll through the dense forests and collect blueberries or mushrooms, make campfires and follow moose tracks. It is also particularly nice to paddle on the lake in your own canoe. We call it paddling with a postcard view.

The 80 sqm house is surrounded by a beautiful 1,050 sqm property with mature trees and lots of lawn for cozy garden hours. Enjoy the secluded location on the outskirts. It has been extensively renovated.
It is attractive, modern and comfortably furnished. The spacious living area consists of a large living room with library and fireplace. The house has a beautiful and very well equipped typical Swedish kitchen with dining table. We offer two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has a spacious basement. Here another room has been prepared as a bedroom and offers sleeping facilities for 2 people.
This area is known for its good hiking trails, bike paths and golf courses. The nearest golf course is only 800 meters away. This part of Smaland is called the Kingdom of Crystal. Some worth seeing manufacturers are nearby. But "Pippis Welt", Lönneberga and Bullerbü are also worth a trip and can be reached in a short time.
You should definitely visit the Baltic Sea coast with its unique archipelago and the islands of Öland and Gotland. The forest area at Klavreström is a well-known nature reserve with good hiking trails and an impressive gorge.
