The 150 square meter villa is located in Nydalen, beautifully situated on the north-west of Vättern. The area is between Motala and Askersund and about 4 km north of Medevibrunn. It is about 20 km to Motala and Askersund respectively. The house is located in an area built in Norwegian wooded style.
In the area there is a swimming area with a small sandy beach and barbecue areas that are available to tenants. In addition, there are excellent fishing opportunities both from land or from pirars embracing the marina.
On each side of the house are neighbors. On the front there is a common boulebana. On the backside there is a large garden facing the common football field. Nydalen is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and there are many green areas to walk in.
