The house was built in 2017 and is therefore new and fresh. The accommodation has its own entrance and parking place.
Bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200) that can be folded up / down (Murphy bed) which allows you to create extra space when the bed is not in use. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink.

The property is located on a dead end street which means that through traffic is not available. About 3 miles to Stockholm City, about 3 miles by car to Nynäshamn and the Gotland ferry.
