Magnificent 45 m² holiday apartment, built in May 2019. Living room with sofa bed for two, living room/kitchen, bedroom with two 90 cm wide beds, electric sauna (Harvia automatic; press water on stove), shower, separate WC, air source heat pump (for cooling), high-speed wired internet connection. Washing machine has drying feature.
Partially covered terrace with wooden furniture. There is for rent always ready (warm) hydro massage bath outdoors on the terrace. The hydro massage bath is available for a different fee. You get the key to the pool when you pay the pool rent to the owner in advance. Pool rent prices in 2019: 150 € / 2 days and 250 € / 7 days: Payment should be paid to the owner in advance, eg via Paypal.
There is a communal barbecue area on site, as well as a wood heated 35 m² lakeside sauna with a lounge area. The lakeside sauna is for shared use with all apartments in the area and for both men and women simultaneously (it's not possible to book the sauna for private use). During winter time there is no running water and the water has to be carried to the sauna. Modern 45 m² holiday apartment in the popular Kasnäs area.
