A newly renovated cottage with a charming and leafy plot that will be in full greenery in the summer. The cottage is located in a smaller cottage area with proximity to two bathing areas. One with a rock bath and trampoline and one with a sandy beach. It is also not far from Stärnö which has a really nice bathing place. The area around Karlshamn is fantastic! Here you can discover nature on foot, by bike, by boat or canoe. If you like fishing, you can try your luck at fishing in the world-famous Mörrumsån river. Cycle along the 270 km long Southeast Trail or visit Karlshamn's historic Cultural Quarter and learn more about the city's history. From Karlshamn many boat trips start if you want to go out to sea and look around the archipelago. The cottage is not that far from the ferry stop. The cottage has two bedrooms, no doors to close. One bright and nice with a double bed and one with a wide single bed where it is possible to sleep two children in. This room also has a private entrance. The kitchen is brand new and fresh! In the living room there is a sofa and a dining area for four people. Good to note regarding the cottage is that the toilet and shower are located in a detached building at the back of the house. Here you will find both indoor and outdoor showers. At the front there is a large lovely terrace with a dining area that will be like an extension of the house. Owner offers the opportunity to rent air conditioning during your stay. A warm welcome!
