On a natural forest plot of over 1000 square meters directly on the rocks of the archipelago there are 3 houses that adapt perfectly to the natural unevenness. At the end of a driveway you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature on three, partly covered, sun terraces. The elevated location with a panoramic forest view enables exciting game and bird watching. You can explore the coast and nearby islands and pursue your passion for fishing. The outdoor filleting table with sink next to the guest cabin is the ideal place to prepare your catch. After the nature tours on water, on land or in the picturesque harbor town of Karlshamn, you can relax and unwind in your forest retreat.
The property is furnished in Scandinavian style and with above-average comfort. There is air conditioning in the main house, and the kitchen area is fully equipped. In the living room, a corner couch invites you to relax and offers 2 beds. In the bedroom there is a large double bed 160x205cm. The southern sun terrace is accessible via the living-kitchen area. In the guest cabin there is a double sofa bed, a desk and a kitchenette with a grill oven and refrigerator. For many, Blekinge is just a transit region: from the north to the sandy beaches in the south and from the south to the forests and lakes of central/northern Sweden or to Stockholm. But the southern archipelago region is now considered an insider tip. The coast is very varied and also has a lot to offer as a fishing region. There is a swimming opportunity in Stilleryds havsbad with a sandy beach (400m). The center of Karlshamn with cafés, restaurants, shops and harbor wharf with departure points for archipelago ships is a 15-minute bike ride away. Also nearby is the Eriksberg game safari and Mörrumsåns salmon fishery. Many music festivals are held in the region in summer, such as Swedenrock and the Östersjö Festival.
Costs and useful information:
The final cleaning is carried out by our house service; the costs are included in the rental price. Emptying the trash cans and refrigerators and freezers as well as cleaning the grill are mandatory. The houses must be left swept clean.
All operating costs, water, electricity, WiFi and use of the boat with life jackets etc. are also included in the rental price. There are no additional fees.
You must bring your bed linen and the necessary towels and tea towels with you.
Pets up to 2 animals are free, please keep them on the floor and do not let them lie on the beds or sofas!
