Hovfjället Nature Reserve and several hiking and mountain biking trails are within reach from the cottage. Part of a semi-detached house, the cottage has an older charm and sits slightly elevated, providing a charming view of the lake. The living room, where you can plan your upcoming days, features a sofa and a couple of armchairs. The kitchen corner is equipped with a sturdy stove with an oven and a fridge with a small freezer, allowing you to prepare both dinner and picnic lunches efficiently. A coffee maker and kettle are provided for your convenience. The house comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the smaller room with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet is available. Outside, you have access to outdoor furniture and a basic grill; remember to bring charcoal. If you're a larger group, you have the option to also book cottage number 57264. You can easily take a refreshing morning or evening swim down by the lake, within walking distance. Torsby is approximately 20 km away, where you can stock up on supplies for a pleasant stay. At your disposal, there is a canoe + canoe trailer with three life jackets available for borrowing at the house The cottage is heated with electric heaters. These must not be covered due to fire risk, so avoid placing any clothes on them. During seasons when extra warmth is needed, the temperature is centrally regulated at the entrance inside the cottage and should be set at 21–22 degrees Celsius. Upon departure, the temperature should be reset to 10-12 degrees Celsius. The house should be left in a clean condition for the next guest.
