Ein ca. 1200qm großes Grundstück lädt zum erholen ein. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Wald. Ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt befindet sich der Fluss Ljusnan, in dem man gut angeln kann. 12 Autominuten (11km) entfernt liegt das Naturreservat und Skigebiet Hovfjället. Ca. 13 Autominuten (15km) entfernt liegt der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Touristenbüro etc.
Unser kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich und Badezimmer.
Das Haus ist in großen Teilen mit neuen Möbeln im April 2026 neu eingerichtet worden.
Im größeren Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett 180x200cm einen kleinen Einbauschrank, eine Spiegelschrankkommode und 2 kleine ,,Nachttische" mit Nachtlichtern.
Im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es ebenfalls ein Doppelbett 160x200cm, einen Einbauschrank, ein kleines Nachtlicht, sowie einen Zugang zur Terrasse. Beide Betten verfügen über Schubkästen für zusätzlichen Stauraum. In beiden Schlafzimmer gibt es Verdunkelungsrollos.
Die Küche verfügt über einen Elektroherd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern, einer Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, sowie einer kleiner Spülmaschine.
Der neu eingerichtete Essbereich bietet genügend Platz zum Essen und verweilen am großen Tisch mit Platz für 4 Personen.
Im Wohnbereich bietet ein Ecksofa genügend Platz für gemütliche Stunden vor dem Kamin oder dem Fernseher mit Sat. TV und deutschen Programmen.
Im Badezimmer findet sich eine Dusche, eine Toilette mit fließend warmen und kaltem Wasser, ein kleiner Föhn, sowie eine Waschmaschine, welche gerne genutzt werden kann. Ein Wäscheständer befindet sich in der Unterkunft und kann gerne von den Gästen genutzt werden.
Da wir der Meinung sind, dass Hunde zur Familie gehören, ist es für uns selbstverständlich, dass sie ihre Vierbeiner mitbringen dürfen. Wir möchten nur darum bitten, die Tieren nicht auf die Möbel zu lassen und die Hinterlassenschaften zu entsorgen.
Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Esstisch mit Stühlen, sowie ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale, welche selbstverständlich genutzt werden darf. Parken können Sie sofort vor dem Haus.
Eine Wärmeluftpumpe und Wlan gibt es ebenfalls.
