Welcome to Ucklum - 7km from Stenungssund and day distance to the coastal islands of Tjörn and Orust. Here you can choose to swim either in the lake or salt baths by the sea. The cottage is located on the owner's plot with lovely views of meadows and pastures all around. The cottage has a lovely terrace at the front with lounge furniture and umbrella for cozy days and evenings, and if you prefer to sit in the shade there are alternatives also at the front with nice cafe.It is a combined living room with bedroom where there is a sofa bed with lovely mattresses - 160cm and a bunk bed (70 * 160) - suitable for children or shorter adults. Separate kitchen with room for 2 people to snack. A nice fireplace to cook in if it gets a little rougher days. The heart of the house is the enormously lovely sauna and a huge bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and a small hard plastic bath. From the cottage you can easily drive to Bastevik's bathing area in Hällungen where there is a lovely sandy beach with jetty and jumping tower. It is very popular with both tourists and locals. Stenungssund is not far from here and there is a large Galleria with everything from clothing stores such as H&M to restaurants, cafes, ice cream, today's catch in the fish shop to cozy moments on the dock at the guest harbor. Orust and Tjörn's activities and well-visited tourist destinations can easily be reached from the cottage. If you are interested in fishing, Svartedalen's nature and outdoor area is very close to the cabin. It is one of western Sweden's largest contiguous coniferous forest areas. It is a sea-rich mountain landscape where the coniferous forest dominates. The area is associated with a variety of activities such as outdoor activities, sport fishing, hiking, swimming, mushroom and berry picking, orientation etc. The Bohus Trail passes through Svartedalen.
