Welcome to this nice house with a lovely natural plot with a lake view and 150 meters down to the bathing jetty at Norafjärden. Enjoy a holiday in the scenic High Coast in Sandöverken. Here you live comfortably in a peaceful environment with a glazed veranda and a plot of 2000 square meters for socializing and activities. A very pleasant cabin and guest house on green grounds with a detached veranda with a roof and outdoor furniture for several people where you can enjoy wonderful moments together. Inside the cabin, you have open spaces between the kitchen and dining area, a warming wood stove, a nice glazed veranda, perfect when it's a bit chilly outside. The large cabin has a daybed in the living room for one person and a bedroom with two beds. There is Wifi, TV screen and Chromecast, the bathroom has a shower, wc and sink. The guest cabin has two beds, wc, washing machine and refrigerator, there is also a veranda for those who live in the guest cabin to enjoy. Next door is a wood-burning sauna for 4 people. The owner of the house has built a lovely porch with a roof where a caravan is set up for extra beds, usually very popular with the young people. Pets are allowed. There is a lot to explore around here! Höga Kusten is united with the open sea, steep mountains and deep forests. Nature is the destination's greatest asset and a source of well-being for both residents and visitors. Proximity to beautiful nature with hiking trails, swimming beaches, cozy places and places to visit. There are activities for the whole family. Lunde is 14 kilometers away, the Ådal Monument, Sandö Bridge, Wästerlund's bakery and Ådalen's vintage car museum are four attractions within a radius of about 400 meters that should make Lunde an obvious visit during your stay. The Skuleberget cable car for those who want to venture out at slightly higher altitudes is 40 kilometers from the house. Junsele zoo offers most things for the whole family, but plan a day trip as the drive takes approx. one and a half hours to the zoo. Kramfors 20 kilometers away is on the shore of the Ångermanälven river, here you can do your everyday shopping and shopping, here you will find both the charming small-town feel and a magnificent nature, archipelago and boating. Here you can enjoy good food and drink in Kramfors.
