Our cozy yellow wooden house is surrounded by beautiful nature, within walking distance of the lake. July/August for a maximum of 9 persons, in the remaining months for a maximum of 7 persons. 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed and 2 single beds, living room extra bed for 1 person), living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The guesthouse can only be inhabited in the summer, there are two sleeping places, no heating. At least 3 vehicles can be parked in the carport and parking lot in front of the house. In the shed next to the carport are barbecue, play equipment, a rubber boat and 4 bicycles (2 for adults, 2 for kids). In the Bysjön (our small lake) you can fish perch and red eye without a fishing card. Other species of fish in the many surrounding lakes (for example, Djupsjön, where a fishing card is necessary, which you can get in the gaz station shop in Älandsbro). Salmon fishing is also possible in the surroundings of Härnösand!
Large garden with berry bushes, a garden table and deckchairs. The sun goes around the house during the day. So there is always a place to sunbathe. Next to the house is our own forest. Children are allowed to play and make noise :-) Within walking distance is a river with beavers and a simple barbeque place at the lake.
3 km away is a public lido with cafe, minigolf, canoe / boat rental. It is only 7 km from the High Coast Bridge and the sea. Kramfors is 10 km and Härnösand 25 km away, where there are pharmacies, doctors, restaurants and shops as well as a post office.
