Do you want to stay with a wonderful view of lovely meadows and pastures, close to both sea and forest, with a location where you can breathe fresh air and feel really good. Then you should come to Stråvalla just outside Frillesås in beautiful Halland. Here you live a cozy cottage with a large lovely plot with lawn, trampoline, playhouse, slide and a lush kitchen garden. The cottage is located high and without transparency with a large terrace that is partly under roof, so the "outdoors" becomes a lovely part of today's various shifts. There is outdoor furniture and barbecue and you have a good view of the children playing down on the plot. The entrance is at the back of the house where you enter a hall with a hat shelf. Directly to the left is the bathroom which has a toilet, sink, shower and heated towel rail. Straight ahead and to the left also the first bedroom which has a double bed – 160cm. To the right from the hall you enter the spacious living room combined with dining area. There is a sofa and two armchairs and a cozy wood-burning stove in the evenings. This room also has AC via air source heat pump. Large glass sections and balcony door with exit to the terrace. Two bedrooms are adjacent to the living room where one of the rooms has a bunk bed 80/80cm and the other room has a single bed 90cm. The house has both a travel cot and a high chair. In the kitchen there is a fridge and freezer, stove with 3 plates and oven, microwave, coffee maker. Extractor fan is missing but an opening window is available in the kitchen when cooking. In the summer when heat / drought requires the plants' overhaul, irrigation is needed a little more frequently and this is taken care of by the owner, so nothing you need to think about but just enjoy what grows and thrives in the kitchen garden. The house also has chargers for electric cars that can be purchased for the current electricity price during the stay. The same price also applies to the cottage. About 2.5km from the cottage is the popular Stråvalla Strand which has a long lovely pier, raft and sauna. Here, children and adults love to enjoy all the dips of the day. Varberg and Falkenberg as well as Ullared are within 60 minutes of the cottage and equally it is to Gothenburg with Liseberg. This is a wonderful place for children as an adult to enjoy the holiday together. Warm welcome!
