Welcome to a wonderful house with a lakeside location in Stockholm's southern archipelago! The house has everything, newly renovated with beautiful details, a modern kitchen and bathroom, lovely terrace that goes around the house, with both dining table and a cozy launch area where you can hang for many hours. At the back there is a badminton net, a mini ping pong table if you want to move around a bit. Just below the house is another wooden deck with a spacious sauna, hot tub/barrel bath and a cold tub. There is a seating area on the deck if you want to take a break from swimming. As the house is high up, the owner asks that you be a little quiet up there so as not to disturb the neighbors too much. At the bottom of the plot is a small house that is rented out with long term rentals. It is also important to turn off the electricity to the pool when not using it given the electricity prices. There is a beautifully renovated double room and a single room, and in the living room there is a day bed with a bed below and a sofa bed for two. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the house you will find piers and a small beach. If you want a bigger bathing area, Strandholmen is one kilometer away, with rocks and sandy beach. If you go up the mountain behind the house, there is a lake if you prefer. In the immediate area there are many nice walking areas and nature reserves if you want to enjoy nature, if you want to get into central Stockholm there is a bus a few hundred meters from the house. Here you will thrive, a wonderful house!
