In beautiful surroundings, this gem with a bath is located only 1500 meters from the house by the sea bath in Kristianopel. In this part of south-eastern Sweden, nice beaches are offered mixed with open landscapes and forests. The archipelago consists of around fifty flat islands with grazing animals and abundant flora. Walking on the varied nature of Blekingeleden or in the nature reserve Högasand with its 300-year-old pines that grow directly in the sand, gives most people a memorable experience. This fresh house with simple and functional furnishings has a spacious hall that forms the center of the house. From here you first reach the two bedrooms with a double bed in each room and the living room with dining table and corner sofa in front of the TV. The sofa that can be converted into a bed and works great as an extra bed for two people. The family room also has an entrance to the kitchen with all equipment for self-catering and a kitchen sofa next to the table with chairs. From the hall you can also reach the bathroom, also in a fresh and newly renovated condition. The walls are wallpapered in sweet patterns and calm colors together with the nicely preserved wooden floor. Outside the entrance there is a wooden deck with a sofa group and other seating-friendly outdoor furniture. Here, meals can be enjoyed at the barbecue and activities on the large lawn around the house enhance the community and holiday feeling. In addition to the location between the cities of Kalmar and Karlskrona, which have a lot of history, sights and events to offer, Kristianopel has an idyllic center with a lovely harbor, shops and eateries. In both Fågelmara and Jämjö there are grocery stores and other services available. "Barnens gård" just before Karlskrona with a water slide, play equipment and the farm's animals is recommended for family outings. Along the coast from Bröms down to Torhamn are historic places such as Brömsehus mixed with farm shops and cafés which are mainly open during the summer, but nature is wonderful all year round.
