Kristianopel is a charming picturesque harbor town with beautiful hiking trails, small colorful wooden houses and roses in abundance. In the harbor there is a historic ring wall you can stroll on, get a nice view of the village and see Öland's southern cape over the sea from. It is also one of Sweden's safest places with plenty of bathing places if you want to cool off. Here there will be a total relaxation with peace and quiet in a small beautiful town. The house has been renovated so it does not look exactly like the pictures in the ad. The annex and the roof over the balcony have been removed, among other things. The house has also been freshly painted and is now white. The house is on one level and well planned to accommodate 4 people. The plot is large and leafy. The heart of the house is the bright nice living room with large windows facing the terrace. There is also a dining area. There are three bedrooms in the house. Two of the rooms have double beds. In Kristianopel, it is very much about the natural and cultural environment. Exciting and unpretentious! Take the children on an excursion to the places that are reminiscent of the story that took place. Sit on the cannons in the harbor or by the quay where people's lives are. Take a dip from the pier and play mini golf at the campsite. There are bathing places everywhere and in the nature reserve Högasand you can go canoeing down the sand hills together, run free and build sand castles if you want. At the pier in Kristianopel's guest harbor there is a bathing place which is usually called Utsidan. On the outside it is a little colder but wonderfully fresh water, sandy bottom and fantastic views. Here it is nice to just lie and watch the sailboats tugging in and out of the harbor. In the bay there is the larger bathing area with two smaller bathing jetties in wood and a larger one in cement. There is also a larger beach for the small and grass areas for play and games. The inside does not have as clear water, but here it is warmer and with the bathing jetties it is better suited for the slightly smaller ones. In the harbor is Café Sött och Salt where you can have coffee inside or on the outdoor terrace between boathouses and boathouses. Serves homemade, delicious sandwiches, light dishes and various coffees. Also has a delicious ice cream bar! In the village there is also Gästgiveriet which is a popular restaurant with homemade food. Do not miss this beautiful house in a magical place on earth!
