The house is located on a small hill in the middle of the large property surrounded by huge stone walls, directly after the nature reserve "Höga Sand" with pine forest, lots of blueberry bushes and many beautiful hiking trails, u. a. the "Blekingeleden".
Despite the idyllic and undisturbed location in the middle of nature, it is not far to civilization in order to be able to get everyday things easily and quickly. A few minutes by bike is u. a. the picturesque Baltic Sea coast town of Kristianopel with child-friendly sandy beach, harbor, grocery store, restaurant and café and the town of Brömsebro with smokehouse and fish café. In Fågelmara, six kilometers away, there is another grocery store and a pizzeria.
The next larger town, Jämjö, with supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, doctor and pizzeria can be reached in a quarter of an hour by car.
The house offers on the ground floor on sixty square meters a cozy living room, kitchen, bathroom, a double bedroom and an alcove with a single bed.
On the upper floor is the forty square meter loft with two additional beds, ideal for the children.
