Welcome to this nice house with its own beach and jetty. Here, you have room for lovely socializing and a fantastic lake view with large balconies completely unobstructed. The house is located in a quiet cottage area and maintains a high standard for a comfortable holiday. On the grounds there is a rowing boat/eka that you are welcome to use. The owner informs that it is possible to swim from the site but that the bottom is muddy. They recommend that you instead go and swim at the nice beaches in the immediate area. You are welcomed into a hall that leads into a large living room with a dining area with room for many. The living room runs at an angle and contains a comfortable sofa group, TV and wood burning stove. There are also two comfortable armchairs (bed armchairs) that can be converted into sleeping places for two people. The kitchen is next door and is modern and contains most everything. There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and in the other room there is a bed/sofa bed for two people. From all the windows in the living room you have a fantastic view out to the Baltic Sea. The balcony stretches along the entire house and is covered. There is also a sun terrace without a roof. Here there are several comfortable seating groups to choose from for pleasant barbecue dinners. Opposite the entrance is an annex that contains a guest room with a bunk bed and a laundry room. There are several lovely beaches nearby and feel free to visit Rullsand's sea bath, which is beautifully located near Skutskär. Here you can enjoy a shallow sandy beach that is several kilometers long or you can choose to swim on the beach with slightly deeper water where the Dalälven meets the sea. Feel free to visit Furuvuksparken, which is an animal and amusement park in Furuvik just outside Gävle. If you want to try your luck at fishing, you can go to Älvkarleby's sport fishing for tips and advice on, for example, salmon fishing. The Gropholmarna nature reserve has many fine hiking trails where you can also pick mushrooms and berries. If you want to go shopping or eat at a restaurant, you can go to Skutskär or Gävle or why not take a day trip to Uppsala.
