Not far from Lake Tannsjö, this country house is surrounded by forest. At the rear of the 4,100 m² property, a small stream borders the land. Moose also roam through the forest here. Lake Tannsjö is ideal for fishing. At a small bathing area you will find all the information you need, where you can buy a fishing licence (at a reasonable price) and hire a rowing boat. The house is fully equipped for 12 people and was renovated in 2019. Among other things, a new kitchen was installed. From the house you have access to a large terrace with rattan garden furniture. There is a small glass veranda on the right-hand side. In front of it is a so-called Wildmarksbad or bathing barrel, which is heated with wood and offers a lot of fun for 4-5 people even in the cold season. There is a swing on the lawn. There are also sun loungers for 6 people. There is a sauna in the basement, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. In a reading room there is a small wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth. In the living room there is a television with Swedish and German programmes. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as a wood-burning cooker that is about 100 years old.
The house in the countryside is perfect for 2 families or friends travelling together. The Vallaasen ski area is approx. 40 km from the holiday home.
A final cleaning fee of EUR 17 per person, with a minimum of EUR 182 per stay, is payable on arrival. An energy cost deposit of EUR 200 must also be paid in advance, which will be deducted from the energy consumption on departure. All amounts must be paid in Swedish kronor.
